By accessing our website or engaging in any business with us, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to terminate services at any time, with or without notice, if there is a violation of these terms.

Intellectual Property:

All content, including text, data, graphics, images, and designs on this website, is the exclusive property of My Custom Boxes. While you are allowed to display, copy, download, or print content for personal use, any commercial use without our explicit permission is strictly prohibited. Our trademarks and those of our partners are not to be used without authorization.

Content and Information Accuracy:

We strive for accuracy in all information presented on our site; however, we cannot guarantee that it is error-free or up-to-date. It is advisable to independently verify any information for completeness and accuracy. If you identify inaccuracies, please contact us at sales@mycustomboxes.com for correction.

Prices and Order Policy:

Product prices on our website are subject to change without notice. Customers must approve the proof of printing products during order placement. Cancellation within 6-8 hours is permissible; after this period, a cancellation fee will be applied. Orders cannot be canceled after 12-14 hours, and full payment, including product, custom designing, and shipment charges, will be charged.

We reserve the right to modify services and will not be liable for any losses resulting from changes in prices.

Submit Artwork Files for Designing:

To ensure optimal printing quality, artwork files must be submitted in 300 dpi and CMYK format. We are not responsible for any printing issues arising from inadequate file submissions. Uploaded artwork should be your own, and inappropriate content will not be accepted.

Billing Information:

My Custom Boxes retains the right to accept or reject payments. We may limit the quantity of items purchased per individual or product and reserve the right to cancel orders. Providing accurate billing information is your responsibility, and false information may result in service termination.

Return and Refund Policy:

Inform us at sales@mycustomboxes.com within three business days of any faulty or defective products. Refunds are not applicable, but we will reprint and modify the product to your specifications. Delivery of the new product may take 6 to 7 working days.

Shipment and Delivery:

Production, designing, and printing may take 4-5 working days, with an additional 2-3 business days for shipment. Delays in shipment due to technical faults during printing will be refunded.

Illegal Use:

Engaging in illegal activities, attempting phishing, spamming, or using our information and services dishonestly is strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in the termination of services and legal action.
